Working within a team, this position will help to support and service a range of customers being supplied with IT hardware/software services including Servers, Workstations, Printing and Security products.

The key responsibilities of this role will be to provide 1st and 2nd line telephone and remote support to clients.

The experience and skills required for this role will be as follows:
Experience/knowledge of disaster recovery procedures/systems
Substantial IT experience, including networking, network operating systems (Windows 2000/2003 AD), desktop operating systems (Windows XP/Vista) and back office applications (Exchange, ISA).
Database skills, database administration/SQL knowledge and experience.
Network analysis experience
