This south-facing holiday cottage forms part of a carefully restored traditional French tuffeau-stone stable block and sleeps 4 people.
There are two twin upper-floor bedrooms each with a washbasin. They share an upper-floor W.C. & generously proportioned walk-in shower room.
'La Forge' features a large open plan kitchen/dining-room/sitting-room with a well laid out modern kitchen. The kitchen has a cooker with electric oven & three gas rings & 1 electric ring; microwave; dishwasher, fridge-freezer and there is use of a washing machine & dryer provided in a separate laundry area. There is a comfortable seating area which overlooks the pool and which has English satellite TV and a DVD player. There is also a dining area with table and 4 chairs. A large picture window with door gives onto the inner courtyard where a 12 by 6 meter heated pool is located. This gîte has exclusive use of a shaded terrace area with tables chairs & BBQ which is set back from the pool. All linen is provided including swimming towels.
